​Hello!  I'm Payton Heyman and welcome to Film Across the Country!  This past summer I was given the incredible opportunity to travel across the country with my Dad.  I, however,  wanted to make the trip more of an adventure, rather than just a straight drive towards the final destination of California.

Thanks to my love for both travel and film, I decided to base the road trip around hunting down film and television sites throughout the country, which is what inspired me to make this my senior project at Hampton Roads Academy.

Included on this blog are photographs of the real life locations that I visited, along with the screen grabs from the filmography they are featured in, and a description of each location's transformation process.
