Los Pollos Hermanos, featured in the popular AMC television show Breaking Bad, is actually a fast food restaurant called Twisters in real life, located at 4257 Isleta Blvd in Albuquerque.

Pretty much the entire interior is the exact same in the show as it is in real life. Of course the menu is different, as it should be; however, Twisters at least includes a small Los Pollos Hermanos painting on the wall where you first enter to commemorate Breaking Bad.

The exterior looks basically the exact same too. The two signs are even strikingly alike with its colors and exact same size, except with different words. Los Pollos Hermanos, however, includes the two cartoon chickens in the middle, unlike Twisters.

Throughout the road trip I always found it slightly nerve-wracking to go into places like stores or restaurants for the sole purpose of taking pictures and not buying/eating anything. I always felt like it was rude, which is why basically all of the photographs of the interior is only the right side of the building. I do not think the workers here actually mind, however, especially considering the fact that tourists are probably popping in and out every day.

Los Pollos Hermanos was a must-stop in Albuquerque, along with all of the other locations from the show. Don't forget to read about the Houses of Breaking Bad as well!
