The comedy film, Neighbors (2014,) was filmed in central Los Angeles, telling the story of a couple, Mac and Kelley Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne), and their newborn baby who move into a home right next to the Delta Psi Beta fraternity house.
After eventually calling the cops on Teddy (Zac Efron,) Delta Psi Beta president, and the rest of the fraternity brothers during an especially loud and out-of-control party, a full-on war erupts between them.
In real life, the frat house can be found at 2203 W. 20th Street, but of course it does not actually have the symbols of the fraternity plastered above the front door. In fact, it is a four-bedroom home that was built back in 1907.

Right next door to it, is the Radner family home at 2179 W. 20th Street, built a few years earlier in 1903.
A "For Sale" sign was added at the beginning of the film , as well as some darker, taller foliage.

Historic, picturesque homes like these, typically located in the West Adams district, are often used in Hollywood productions.
Convincing people to rent out their home for filming is typically very difficult, especially getting two right next to each other, but considering the money involved, I am not surprised director Nicholas Stoller managed to do it.
